We are seeking an experienced customer-focused professional to manage key accounts and act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. This role supports order accuracy, delivery coordination, and ongoing communication across the full customer journey, from intake through fulfillment and product updates. You will help ensure a smooth experience by keeping stakeholders informed, resolving issues quickly, and supporting continued account growth.
In this position, you will build strong knowledge of assigned accounts, including order patterns, contacts, and business needs. You will monitor purchase orders, track fulfillment progress, and work closely with operations, supply chain, sales, and product teams to address delays, product changes, or service concerns. The role also involves maintaining clear records, preparing account reports, and sharing customer feedback to improve processes and support planning.
The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or supply chain support. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities. Experience in a regulated manufacturing or consumer goods environment is an asset. A post-secondary diploma or degree and solid skills with standard office software are required. Competitive compensation will be based on experience and education.
