We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in both English and French to join our team on the day shift. In this role, you will be the reliable voice that assists callers seeking guidance or support, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will assess situations, coordinate responses, and manage dispatches for non-emergency inquiries, utilizing advanced communication tools and established procedures.
Key responsibilities include providing empathetic support to callers, sending follow-up communications, operating computerized communication systems, and maintaining a positive and composed demeanor throughout interactions. You will also participate in ongoing training and quality reviews to enhance your performance and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary school diploma, with prior customer service experience being an advantage. Strong communication skills, a calm and empathetic approach, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential. Proficiency in typing at least 30 words per minute and the ability to quickly learn new software and equipment are also required.
