Customer Service Specialist (English & French - Speaking) - Night Shift

In this role, you will serve as a reliable point of contact for individuals seeking assistance or information. Your primary responsibilities will include listening with empathy to callers, assessing their needs, and coordinating appropriate responses or dispatches in a timely manner. You will utilize advanced communication tools and follow established procedures to ensure that each caller feels supported and cared for. Ideal candidates will possess a Secondary School Diploma, with prior customer service experience being an advantage. You should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including active listening and compassionate interaction, to ensure that information is accurately recorded and conveyed. A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is required, along with the ability to quickly learn and operate company-specific software and communication equipment.
