We are seeking an experienced customer service leader to oversee day-to-day support operations and help ensure a strong experience for clients and internal stakeholders. This role will guide a small team, support coordination with sales functions, and help maintain a high standard of service across customer interactions.
The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in customer support or service management, along with a track record of leading teams, communicating effectively, and using CRM systems to manage workflows and customer information. You should be comfortable balancing service priorities, resolving issues, and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
This position is hybrid and offers a competitive compensation range of approximately CAD 87,000 to CAD 100,000, depending on experience. We are looking for someone who can contribute both strategically and operationally, with a focus on responsiveness, collaboration, and consistent service quality.
