This role is part of the store leadership team and focuses on delivering strong customer service, supporting associates, and keeping the location running smoothly. The manager helps maintain store standards across departments, oversees readiness for opening and closing, and steps in to resolve service issues when needed. In some shifts, this person may be the most senior leader on site and will need to make day-to-day decisions in line with company policies and available support. Core responsibilities include coaching team members on service expectations, assigning work to support customer flow, and responding to escalations in the store or through customer support channels. The role also involves observing performance, providing timely feedback, contributing to performance discussions, and supporting hiring or talent planning as needed. Safety compliance and policy adherence are important parts of the job. The manager leads daily store start-up and close-down routines, confirms that checklists are completed, and helps ensure equipment is in working order. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and involves regular movement throughout the store and occasional physical tasks.
