Crusher Lead Hand - PL#97595

We are seeking a Crusher Lead Hand to oversee crew members and plant operations within mobile crushing operations. This role is crucial for ensuring safe, efficient, and productive crushing activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of aggregate production, equipment operations, and effective on-site leadership skills. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, operating and monitoring crushing spreads, improving production efficiency, performing mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a solid understanding of production targets and site efficiencies, along with the ability to guide crew members effectively. A strong background in aggregate crushing operations is essential, as well as mechanical aptitude for repairs and maintenance. Experience in a lead hand or supervisory role is preferred. Key qualifications include strong communication and leadership skills, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to make sound operational decisions independently. The position offers a schedule of 10 days on and 4 days off, with a competitive wage range of $35–$42 per hour, depending on experience.
