Controller

We are seeking a Controller to oversee core accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting within a growing digital business. This role will be responsible for maintaining strong controls across day-to-day finance activity, ensuring timely close processes, and helping produce reliable information for leadership decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing the general ledger, reviewing reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end close, and partnering with internal teams to improve accounting processes. The role will also help ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to cash flow visibility and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in accounting or finance leadership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems and stakeholders. Experience with ecommerce, complex operational environments, or systems integration would be helpful, but a broader accounting background is equally valuable. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment are important.
