This role supports legal and project teams by reviewing, preparing, and helping to negotiate contract terms for professional services work. The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders to identify risks, clarify obligations, and resolve commercial issues before agreements are finalized. Key responsibilities include reviewing contract documents and proposal materials, comparing client changes against standard terms, and tailoring template agreements for specific assignments when needed. The position also involves helping coordinate discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors, as well as escalating important issues to management and keeping them informed of negotiation progress. In addition, the role includes entering contract details into internal systems and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has experience with contract review, drafting, and negotiation in a professional services or project-based environment. Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with legal, operational, and project teams are important. A solid understanding of commercial terms and risk management is preferred.
