The Contracts Review Specialist works closely with legal counsel, project managers, and project staff to support the review, drafting, and negotiation of contract terms for professional services in accordance with company policies. This role helps identify and communicate contract issues and negotiation items that must be resolved with clients, subconsultants, and contractors before agreements are executed. Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contract documents and requests for proposals, analyzing contract exceptions and modifications submitted by clients, customizing standard contract forms for specific projects when needed, assisting with negotiations on contractual issues when requested, and keeping management informed of contract status and open issues. The role also involves entering contract information and related data into a database. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external parties. Experience reviewing and negotiating professional services agreements is preferred. Compensation will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Some roles may be eligible for bonus compensation.
