Contracting Turnkey Project Manager

Contracting Turnkey Project Manager Responsible for the financial, administrative, and operational management of assigned construction projects, with a focus on customer satisfaction, compliance, and successful delivery. This role leads project teams through all phases of execution and serves as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position may oversee a portfolio that includes smaller projects as well as larger, more complex multi-building assignments. Key responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, validating scope, cost, and timeline, and identifying risks with appropriate mitigation plans. The role also involves managing project documentation, ensuring adherence to contract terms, monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with relevant authorities as needed. In addition, the Project Manager oversees project financials such as cash flow, monthly forecasts, expenses, revenue tracking, and backlog reporting. The role supports subcontractor procurement and execution, including RFQs, subcontract awards, coordination of work progress, billing expectations, and safety requirements. It also involves reviewing customer concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating status updates to stakeholders. The candidate may support sales activities by helping define scope and reviewing pricing assumptions. Requirements include a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction project management, or equivalent experience. Alternatively, 3–5 years of relevant experience may be considered. Experience with project scheduling and construction/project management software is required. A valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with a clean recent driving record, is also required. Annual base salary range: $66,300 to $120,084.99. Incentive eligible.
