We are seeking a hands-on continuous improvement professional to lead process optimization initiatives across planning, supply chain, and customer service functions. This position focuses on improving administrative workflows, reducing waste, and strengthening efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will work closely with process owners, business stakeholders, and technology partners to review current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and support the rollout of better ways of working. You will facilitate structured improvement workshops, guide process redesign efforts, and help establish consistent standards and governance for continuous improvement across the business. A key part of the job will be tracking performance measures, turning data into practical actions, and supporting change efforts so improvements are adopted and sustained.
The successful candidate will bring strong Lean experience and a history of delivering measurable results in operational or administrative processes. Experience in planning, logistics, inventory, and customer service processes is important, along with the ability to influence across teams and levels of the organization. A Lean certification is required, and project management experience is an advantage. Familiarity with ERP systems and exposure to automation or digital tools will be helpful. Strong English communication skills are essential.
This is an on-site position in Canada with some travel, mainly within North America and Europe.
