We are seeking an experienced contact center leader to guide a high-volume inside sales operation in a remote setting. This role is responsible for turning customer interest into qualified appointments and supporting business growth through strong leadership, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. In this position, you will oversee managers, supervisors, and frontline representatives across inbound and outbound activity. You will be expected to coach and develop leaders, strengthen performance standards, and create a culture focused on accountability, customer service, and results. A key part of the role is improving how the team converts leads, manages response times, and supports revenue targets. You will also be responsible for workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and forecasting to ensure the team is set up for success. Working closely with partners in sales, marketing, operations, HR, and technology, you will help improve lead flow, appointment setting, reporting, and process efficiency. Experience using data to identify issues and drive better outcomes will be important. The ideal candidate has led a contact center or inside sales team in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing people leadership with operational execution.
