Consultant, Modern Productivity – British Columbia This full-time, salaried position is for a remote consultant based in Alberta or British Columbia. Compensation is expected to be in the range of $80,000 to $95,000, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. The role is suited to someone who enjoys helping clients improve collaboration and document management through technology. You will support service delivery, contribute to sales discussions, complete readiness assessments, and help scope projects. A strong understanding of modern productivity tools and cloud-based workplace technologies is important for delivering implementations, migrations, and a positive user experience. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, build strong working relationships, and support ongoing managed services. Responsibilities include technical guidance, handling escalations, contributing to best practices and standards, and helping other teams find solutions when needed. You will also create training materials, support user adoption, and document processes and procedures related to project delivery and service operations. The position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with possible after-hours work and occasional travel depending on project needs. It is a 40-hour workweek, generally Monday to Friday during business hours.
