Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Construction Supervisor to oversee field operations on interior build projects in Winnipeg. In this role, you will coordinate crews, keep daily work moving efficiently, and help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the expected standard. You will assign tasks, track progress, address issues as they come up, and stay in contact with project managers and other stakeholders as needed. Key duties include reviewing drawings and job requirements, checking completed work for quality and compliance, and keeping clear records related to labour, materials, and site activity. You will also support onboarding and coaching for team members, reinforce safe work practices, and help improve jobsite processes where possible. The successful candidate will have experience supervising construction teams on residential, commercial, or larger-scale projects, with a background in interior finishing or related trades considered an asset. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to interpret plans and follow safety and building requirements. Basic computer skills for reporting and communication are also required. A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are needed for travel to job sites.
