Construction Site Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee residential construction projects, including low-rise housing such as detached and two-unit buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential building and a practical, hands-on approach to leading crews and subcontractors toward safe, efficient, high-quality results. In this role, you will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate trades and site personnel, and help keep work on schedule. You will communicate regularly with project leadership and support teams, identify issues early, and take action to reduce delays or rework. A key part of the job is maintaining safety compliance, enforcing site procedures, and supporting a clean, organized work environment. You will also be responsible for daily documentation, progress checks, and quality inspections to ensure work matches project requirements. The successful candidate should be able to read construction drawings, communicate clearly with others, and provide strong customer-focused service when needed. Prior supervisory experience in residential construction is required, along with knowledge of jobsite safety practices and relevant certifications such as first aid. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
