We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee a range of building assignments from planning through completion. This role involves managing multiple initiatives at once, with responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, procurement, financial tracking, and day-to-day coordination with site teams, consultants, trade partners, and clients.
In this position, you will help prepare estimates and review tenders during early-stage planning, then carry the work through execution and final turnover. You will monitor costs, forecasts, billing, and progress updates, while also handling change documentation, submittals, technical queries, and other project records. Strong organization and clear communication will be important as you lead meetings, address issues as they arise, and help keep work moving safely, efficiently, and in line with contract requirements.
You will also support quality control, risk awareness, and closeout activities such as deficiency tracking, turnover packages, operational manuals, and warranty follow-up. Familiarity with project scheduling software and standard construction administration practices is an asset.
