Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our construction team. This hands-on, field-focused role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing the intricacies of construction projects from mobilization to handover. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will be a key member of a results-driven team, responsible for ensuring smooth project execution and coordination. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day construction activities, overseeing design reviews for constructability, and tracking project progress. You will utilize project management software to handle documentation, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and daily logs. Coordination with consultants, engineers, trades, and local authorities will be essential to ensure timely permit progression and inspections. You will also monitor project budgets, review invoices, process change orders, and maintain cost tracking in alignment with approved budgets. Leading project close-out activities, including deficiency management and occupancy permits, will be part of your role. Additionally, you will manage small-scale tenant improvement and renovation projects as needed, preparing scopes of work and soliciting bids. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will prepare regular project status reports and maintain organized communication with all stakeholders.
