Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee residential and commercial projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day site operations, guide multiple trades, and help ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This position requires strong knowledge of construction methods, project documentation, building regulations, safety practices, and quality control. You will serve as the main point of contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and site personnel, while providing regular progress updates on schedule, costs, and overall project status. A hands-on approach, clear communication style, and strong leadership skills are important in this role. Key responsibilities include organizing site activities, obtaining and reviewing pricing from suppliers and contractors, supporting purchasing decisions, keeping the site orderly, and identifying issues early to avoid delays. You will also help maintain positive working relationships across all parties involved in the project and support a safe, efficient work environment. Candidates should have several years of experience in construction project or site management, along with strong problem-solving, organization, negotiation, and time management skills.
