We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support commercial projects in the Calgary market. This role will help guide local growth, work closely with clients and project partners, and take a leadership role with internal teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of relationship management, practical construction knowledge, and financial discipline, along with the confidence to work independently and keep projects moving forward. Key responsibilities include coordinating project startup, preparing and tracking project documentation, managing schedules, reviewing change orders, and maintaining accurate cost and progress records. You will also support communication between field staff, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to help resolve issues quickly and maintain positive working relationships. A large part of the role involves monitoring budgets, supporting jobsite execution, and helping deliver quality results on time and within scope. We are looking for someone with roughly 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial construction in a project management role, along with a solid understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery. Post-secondary education in construction or a related field is preferred. The right person will be proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable travelling to various sites across Alberta as needed.
