Construction Foreman - Toronto

We are seeking dedicated and safety-focused Construction Foremen to join our field construction team. This role involves supervising and leading a field construction crew, typically consisting of four team members, on active construction sites focused on building liquid storage systems for various sectors. Responsibilities include operating power tools and equipment for assembly, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and supporting project timelines through reliable execution and teamwork. Effective communication with the project team regarding progress, issues, and potential delays is essential, as well as maintaining administrative requirements such as timesheets and inspections. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in construction, strong time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A valid driver's license is required, along with a comfort for physically demanding work and outdoor conditions. Experience with equipment operation is an asset.
