Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in construction who is passionate about quality and mentorship. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for managing job site activities, including layout, scheduling, materials management, safety protocols, and team leadership. You will ensure quality assurance, client satisfaction, and project profitability while guiding and supporting crew members in their development. Key responsibilities include overseeing the construction of various features, supervising crew members, coordinating daily tasks and timelines, interpreting construction drawings, operating and training on equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient job site. You will also communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding progress and any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of grading, layout, and installation techniques is essential, along with proficiency in using construction tools and equipment. A valid driver's license and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are required.
