Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy mentoring team members, and excel in a leadership capacity. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of job site activities, including layout, scheduling, materials management, safety protocols, and team leadership. You will ensure quality assurance, client satisfaction, and job profitability while supporting the growth of your crew. Key responsibilities include overseeing the construction of various structures, supervising crew members, coordinating daily tasks and timelines, interpreting construction drawings, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe job site. You will also perform quality checks and track materials used. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of grading, layout, and installation techniques is essential, along with proficiency in operating construction tools and equipment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of CA$ 55,000 to CA$ 85,000 based on experience.
