We are seeking a Human Resources Advisor for a full-time position with the potential for permanence. This role involves acting as a trusted HR partner for both management and employees, providing coaching, performance management, disciplinary actions, and development support. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation of a new HRIS and ATS system, contributing their expertise to ensure a smooth deployment. Responsibilities include supporting payroll administration, managing employee files, and addressing collective agreement specifics. The HR Advisor will also oversee recruitment processes from defining needs to onboarding new hires, and participate in the development of HR policies, training planning, and fostering a strong organizational culture. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a growth or transformation context. Experience with HRIS or ATS implementation is essential. Knowledge of the construction sector and collective agreements is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and a genuine interest in company culture and talent development. Proficiency in French and familiarity with Quebec labor laws are required.
