We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented condominium management professional to oversee the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of residential communities. In this role, you will work with board members, owners, residents, contractors, and internal colleagues to help ensure properties are well maintained, financially organized, and managed to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include coordinating routine building operations, arranging inspections, and supporting preventative maintenance plans. You will respond to owner and resident questions, address concerns in a timely and professional manner, and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders. The role also involves supporting annual budget preparation, tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and keeping accurate records.
You will help manage service providers, including sourcing contractors, supporting service agreements, and monitoring performance. In addition, you may coordinate repairs, maintenance work, and larger improvement projects from planning through completion. Compliance with governing documents, relevant legislation, safety practices, and emergency procedures is also an important part of the position. Regular reporting, attendance at board meetings and annual meetings, and participation in professional development are expected.
The ideal candidate has experience in property or condominium management, strong communication and organizational skills, sound financial awareness, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. A valid driver’s licence, reliable transportation, and required licensing eligibility are needed.
