Concrete Production Worker

We are seeking a reliable concrete production worker to join a busy precast manufacturing team. In this role, you will help prepare production forms, place reinforcement and embedded components, and support the pouring, finishing, and stripping of concrete products. You may also assist with cleaning work areas, resetting forms for the next shift, and moving finished items to storage or loading areas. Additional duties may be assigned based on production needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hands-on industrial setting, follows safety and quality procedures, and works well as part of a team. Basic English communication skills are required, along with the ability to use common hand tools, read a tape measure, and complete simple math accurately. Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is helpful, but not essential. A dependable attendance record, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are important. Candidates must have their own transportation, as public transit is not available to the work site. This position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $20.59, along with a full benefits package and additional employee support programs.
