Concrete Placing & Finishing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Placing & Finishing Foreman to join a growing construction team. Wage: $47.50/hr plus company truck. Responsibilities include supervising and leading concrete placing and finishing crews, coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and daily production activities, and reading construction drawings and specifications. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards, while conducting daily safety meetings, site safety inspections, and hazard assessments. The role also includes monitoring concrete placement, finishing, curing, and protection procedures, completing daily reports, timecards, and production tracking, and maintaining clear communication with superintendents, project managers, and clients. Requirements include proven experience in concrete placing and finishing, previous foreman or crew leadership experience, and a strong understanding of commercial and industrial concrete construction. Candidates must be able to lead crews while maintaining production, quality, and safety expectations, and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.
