Key duties include reviewing plans and job requirements, coordinating materials and production activities, and keeping work moving safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will lead site safety discussions, carry out regular inspections, and help maintain compliance with company and project safety procedures. You will also oversee concrete placement, finishing, curing, and protection methods, while preparing daily paperwork such as reports, timesheets, and production records.
The ideal applicant has hands-on experience with concrete placing and finishing, along with prior leadership or foreman experience. A solid understanding of commercial and industrial concrete work is important, as is the ability to guide crews while balancing productivity, quality, and safety. A valid driver’s licence is required. Occasional evening, weekend, or overtime work may be needed. Compensation is $47.50 per hour, with a company vehicle, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
