A recruitment agency is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to oversee the Concierge division, supporting multiple residential properties in a metropolitan area. This role is dynamic and involves training staff, conducting building inspections, preparing reports, solving operational challenges, and providing on-site support as needed.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable professional with strong computer skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key attributes include being proactive, organized, and self-driven, with the ability to lead team members while ensuring compliance with established rules and standards. The candidate should also be confident in resolving operational issues with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities include training new team members, coaching employees on procedures and best practices, conducting site visits, assisting with scheduling and coverage coordination, preparing reports, maintaining logs, and supporting administrative projects. Building positive relationships with clients and team members is essential, as well as escalating significant concerns to management.
Qualifications include strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, excellent written and verbal communication, a valid driver’s license, and flexible availability. Preferred experience includes customer service, hospitality, administration, or team leadership, along with relevant post-secondary education.
