The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential rental community while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants. This role involves assisting with leasing activities, managing move-ins and move-outs, ensuring building oversight, and fostering tenant engagement. The Community Manager plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring that the property is well-managed and that tenants receive responsive service.
Key responsibilities include assisting with the leasing process, conducting property tours, and supporting the application process. The Community Manager will communicate professionally with prospective and current tenants, provide information on building amenities and community guidelines, and handle lease documentation. They will conduct move-in and move-out inspections, ensure proper documentation, and provide tenants with essential building information.
Additional duties include monitoring the property's condition, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring the building is clean and safe. The Community Manager will also plan tenant events, respond to inquiries and concerns, and maintain organized records.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in residential property management, knowledge of relevant tenancy laws, and strong customer service and communication skills.
