Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a busy insurance team in a hybrid work setting. In this role, you will provide responsive advice to commercial clients, helping them understand coverage options, policy details, and service needs. You will work closely with brokers and internal team members to manage client relationships and ensure a high level of service. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, handling account documentation, following internal procedures, supporting accounts receivable tasks, and keeping workflows organized within a broker management system. You will also use industry-standard software and online insurer portals to process information and complete daily service work efficiently. The ideal candidate will hold an Alberta Level 2 Insurance Licence or higher and have at least one year of experience in commercial insurance. Additional licences and prior exposure to broker management systems or insurer portals would be considered an asset. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important for success in this position.
