Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to support a portfolio of business clients and help ensure their coverage needs are handled with care. In this role, you will serve as a primary contact for customers, managing renewals, policy updates, issue resolution, and recommendations that align with each client’s needs. You will build strong working relationships, provide responsive service, and look for opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional solutions where appropriate. The position also includes responsibility for billing follow-up and receivables support, along with regular coordination with internal teams to keep client accounts running smoothly. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities in a busy environment. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial insurance account management and holds the appropriate licensing required for the role.
