Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of business clients and provide day-to-day account support. In this role, you will serve as a primary contact for policy renewals, coverage updates, issue resolution, and customized insurance recommendations. The position is centered on building strong client relationships, maintaining high service standards, and helping customers find the right solutions for their evolving needs. You will also look for opportunities to expand client relationships through additional coverage options while handling billing-related tasks and monitoring receivables. Collaboration with internal partners such as underwriting and finance teams will be an important part of the job, especially when coordinating account changes or resolving client concerns. The ideal candidate has commercial insurance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment. An active insurance license is required.
