Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to support a portfolio of small business clients and provide day-to-day guidance on their insurance needs. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for existing accounts, handling renewals, policy updates, issue resolution, and recommendations that align with each client’s requirements. A strong emphasis is placed on building long-term relationships, delivering responsive service, and spotting opportunities to expand coverage where appropriate. You will also manage billing-related tasks and assist with accounts receivable matters, while coordinating with internal departments to help ensure smooth account servicing. The position calls for someone who is organized, client-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Experience in commercial insurance is preferred, along with the appropriate insurance license for the role. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach are important for success.
