We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to support a portfolio of small business clients. In this role, you will serve as a day-to-day contact for renewals, account updates, issue resolution, and guidance on coverage options that fit client needs. A large part of the job involves building strong relationships, maintaining high service standards, and helping clients navigate changes to their policies over time.
You will also look for opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional coverage or related solutions, while keeping billing and receivables activities organized and up to date. This position requires regular collaboration with internal partners such as underwriting and finance to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has commercial insurance experience, holds the required licensing, and enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important.
