Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of business clients and provide day-to-day support throughout the policy lifecycle. In this role, you will serve as a main point of contact for renewals, updates to coverage, issue resolution, and customized insurance guidance. A strong emphasis will be placed on building long-term client relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying opportunities to expand account value through additional products or coverage options. You will also help manage billing-related matters, monitor receivables, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Collaboration with underwriting, finance, and other operational groups will be an important part of the position. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. This role is well suited to someone with commercial insurance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance service, retention, and account growth. Relevant licensing is required.
