CNC Machinist

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and run vertical machining equipment in a production environment. In this role, you will prepare parts for machining, load and unload materials, and move steel components safely by hand or with lifting equipment as needed. You will also review engineering drawings, blueprints, and related documentation to determine the correct setup, tooling, and machining approach for each job. The position requires the ability to interpret technical specifications accurately and make practical decisions during setup to support efficient production. You will be responsible for preparing machines, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring parts are processed according to job requirements. Attention to detail, safe material handling, and a strong understanding of machining practices are important for success in this role. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is comfortable working with industrial equipment, following technical instructions, and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced shop environment.
