This role is a full-time contract opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to oversee service delivery, staff support, and program coordination within a mental health setting. Reporting to senior leadership, the position is responsible for guiding planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned clinical programs, while ensuring services are delivered in line with approved frameworks, quality standards, and applicable legislation.
Key responsibilities include supporting therapists with assessments, treatment planning, counselling, and case consultation; coordinating transitions for clients moving between levels of care or into other community supports; managing intake processes for a treatment program; and working closely with external partners such as school systems and other community agencies. The manager will also review referrals, assign cases, track timelines, respond to requests for records or service confirmation, and help ensure program requirements tied to funding are met.
The successful candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and current knowledge of evidence-informed practices and sector best practices. A collaborative approach, ethical decision-making, and the ability to foster a positive team culture are essential.
