This is a full-time contract leadership role for a health and rehabilitation service setting supporting children, youth, and their families. The successful candidate will guide clinical operations, support staff across multiple sites, and help advance strategic and day-to-day service goals. Working within an interdisciplinary environment, this person will promote family-centered care, inclusive teamwork, and a collaborative approach to decision-making. Key responsibilities include overseeing service quality, ensuring clinical practices align with applicable professional standards and legislative requirements, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The manager will monitor performance measures, review caseload and workload data, and help distribute urgent or higher-priority referrals as needed. This role also involves maintaining documentation and reporting practices, contributing to annual planning, and following through on service objectives throughout the year. In addition, the position requires building effective relationships with community partners and participating in relevant working groups or committees. On the people-management side, the manager will coach and supervise both regulated and non-regulated staff, complete performance reviews, support training and safety requirements, and collaborate with human resources on staffing matters. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and experience supporting quality client services in a complex care environment.
