Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to oversee mental health and addiction services for youth and young adults across shelter, transitional housing, and community-based programs. In this role, you will guide a multidisciplinary team, shape service delivery, and help ensure that care is accessible, responsive, and aligned with youth-focused best practices. You will lead crisis response activity, support triage in urgent situations, and help design clinical interventions that are flexible and low barrier. A key part of the role is managing staff through regular meetings, supervision, and day-to-day consultation, while also addressing client and employee concerns in line with organizational policies. You will also support team development by identifying training needs, strengthening clinical competencies across programs, and building internal capacity. Administrative responsibilities include creating work plans, coordinating schedules, overseeing case assignment, and ensuring accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting. In addition, you will review caseloads, complete file audits, observe service delivery, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement. The position reports to senior leadership and works closely with other managers to support program evaluation and service excellence.
