Clinical Project Director/Associate Director

We are seeking a Clinical Project Director or Associate Director to oversee clinical operations for ongoing clinical studies. This permanent position reports to the VP of Translation and Development and involves close collaboration with various departments, including Regulatory, Quality, and Program Management, to ensure effective communication and project execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing clinical trials, managing budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include leading the execution of clinical trial tasks, managing external collaborations, and coordinating cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet clinical study objectives. Experience with managing contract organizations and external collaborations is also required. This role offers a competitive salary range of CAD $120,000 to $170,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience. Artificial intelligence may assist in the initial resume screening, but hiring decisions will be made by human supervisors.
