Clinical Manager, North East Specialized Geriatric Centre (NESGC)

Clinical Manager, Specialized Geriatric Centre Permanent, full-time management role responsible for overseeing the human and material resources of a specialized geriatric centre in a fiscally responsible manner. This position plans, coordinates, communicates, and evaluates daily activities to support smooth delivery of patient and client services, using clinical knowledge and leadership skills to promote high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum four-year bachelor’s degree in a health-related field from an accredited university. A minimum of five years’ experience in specialized geriatric services and health development is required, along with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a health care setting. Experience in change management, project planning, and financial management is also required. This is a day shift position.
