We are seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. This is a fully remote, full-time role focused on owning client outcomes from onboarding through renewal. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, manage day-to-day communication, and make sure work stays organized, responsive, and aligned with client goals. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to turn performance data into clear action plans. You will review account results regularly, identify issues early, and work closely with internal specialists to improve performance and retain clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, documenting account changes, and following structured processes across each stage of the client relationship. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar agency setting. Experience supporting multiple accounts at once is important, along with strong written and verbal English communication skills. You should be comfortable making decisions quickly, handling difficult conversations, and working in an environment that values speed, ownership, and accountability.
