Client Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced client care professional to support a busy veterinary clinic. This role is focused on creating a welcoming experience for pet owners while helping the front desk run smoothly in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will greet visitors, check clients and pets in and out, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions in a courteous and helpful manner. You will schedule appointments, take accurate messages, and share general non-medical information with clients. The role also includes a range of administrative duties such as handling mail, preparing correspondence, updating records, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.
