Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a motivated technician to carry out cleaning services for heat pump systems in homes and smaller commercial locations. This role is suited to someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently while following safe work practices. In this position, you will clean both indoor and outdoor components of heating and cooling equipment, perform basic inspections, and help customers understand routine care and maintenance. You will also keep your work area organized, maintain a tidy and well-stocked vehicle, and represent the business professionally during every visit. A strong service mindset is important, including the ability to communicate clearly, handle customer questions, and support a positive experience on each call. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record, a clear criminal background check, and the ability to work from ladders and at heights. You should be responsible, energetic, and able to complete tasks efficiently while meeting high standards for safety and quality.
