Civil Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced civil construction leader to oversee field operations on infrastructure projects in a regional setting, with potential shift-based work for the right person. This role is responsible for guiding projects through all phases, from planning and mobilization to completion, while keeping work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and other resources, and address issues quickly as they arise. Project types may include earthworks, underground utilities, road construction, and related civil works. A strong background in construction supervision is essential, along with the ability to lead by example, communicate clearly, and maintain productive working relationships with clients and internal teams. This position calls for a hands-on supervisor who prioritizes safety, understands field operations, and can support a positive, accountable team environment. Responsibilities also include monitoring productivity and costs, assisting with job costing and forecasting, reviewing contract scope, and helping with planning and pre-construction tasks when needed.
