Child Care Supervisor

We are recruiting a bilingual supervisor to lead early learning and child care operations within a public service environment. This full-time role offers standard benefits, participation in a pension plan, and compensation that reflects experience and qualifications. In this position, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery for a team supporting fee subsidy, inclusion support, quality assurance, and coordination across child care programs. You will provide direct supervision, coach staff, monitor performance, and help build a positive, accountable team culture. The role also involves working closely with community providers and partner programs to support consistent service standards and strengthen outcomes for children and families. You will be responsible for guiding the implementation of policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives, while ensuring work aligns with applicable legislation, funder expectations, and organizational priorities. This includes reviewing program results, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and making recommendations to leadership to support planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate is an effective people leader with experience in early years and child care systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience supporting children with diverse needs, coordinating service agreements, and working in a regulated environment would be an asset. Bilingualism is required.
