This senior role partners closely with executive leadership to turn company priorities into clear plans and measurable results. The position combines strategic thinking, operational coordination, internal communications, and trusted advisory support. You will help set priorities, track progress, and keep cross-functional work moving across teams such as finance, people operations, product, and operations.
Responsibilities include supporting annual and quarterly planning, translating leadership goals into practical action plans, and monitoring performance to spot risks or blockers early. You will prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, and decision support documents, while also contributing to confidential discussions and high-stakes initiatives. The role will coordinate special projects, align stakeholders, and help resolve issues that affect timelines or delivery.
You will also improve internal operating rhythms, such as leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning cycles. In addition, the role may support executive communications, organizational updates, and relationship management with key external partners. Partnership with HR on leadership development, team structure, and talent initiatives is also part of the scope.
Candidates should have an advanced degree, substantial experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a similar leadership environment, and a strong track record of working with senior executives and leading cross-functional programs. Familiarity with technology or service-oriented businesses is an asset.
