Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team during a significant growth phase. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for all financial functions, including financial strategy, capital planning, pricing, and margin management. This role is critical in scaling the business across various channels, including foodservice, retail, and direct-to-consumer. Key responsibilities include providing strategic financial guidance to support long-term growth and profitability, leading finance functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, and developing financial strategies and internal controls. The CFO will also oversee complex financial operations, manage capital strategy, and partner with commercial leaders on pricing and cost management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent role. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while an MBA and/or CPA is preferred. Experience in food production, agriculture, or related operational environments is essential, along with a strong understanding of financial management and capital strategy. Candidates must be willing to maintain a regular on-site presence at company locations and travel as needed.
