Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a senior finance executive to join a growing, mission-driven organization at an important stage of expansion. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will oversee the full finance function and serve as a key strategic partner on growth, profitability, capital planning, and operational decision-making. This role will be responsible for building and leading financial planning, accounting, reporting, audit, tax, treasury, and internal controls. The CFO will own budgeting and forecasting, provide clear performance insight to leadership and the board, and help shape the company’s long-term financial strategy. A major part of the role will involve supporting pricing, margin improvement, cost discipline, inventory oversight, and broader commercial planning alongside operations and sales leaders. The position also includes responsibility for capital strategy, financing support, and evaluation of strategic investments and growth opportunities. The successful candidate should bring experience in a manufacturing, food, agriculture, or similarly operational business, along with comfort leading in a complex, multi-site environment. Strong financial judgment, executive presence, and the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team are essential. This is a hybrid on-site leadership role with regular presence at operational facilities and travel between locations as needed. Candidates should be based in the Pacific Northwest and have a background that includes senior-level finance leadership, preferably with advanced credentials such as an MBA or CPA.
