Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations within a hybrid work environment. This senior role will oversee banking relationships, financial risk management, cash flow, and credit facilities, while providing leadership to the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sound financial decision-making, maintaining effective controls, and ensuring the organization has the financial resources and reporting needed to operate effectively. This position requires strong analytical ability, a service-oriented approach, and confidence working with ERP systems to support financial processes and reporting. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with financial institutions, monitoring liquidity and funding needs, assessing financial risk, and guiding day-to-day finance operations. The CFO will also work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver clear financial insight and support business planning. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent analysis capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Experience in finance leadership, banking, and cash management will be highly valued.
