We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function within our organization. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for managing financial operations and overseeing all accounting activities to ensure the profitability, liquidity, and growth of the company. You will also ensure legal compliance and operational performance while supporting management in decision-making processes.
Responsibilities include:
Financial Management:
- Overseeing budget planning, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Supervising the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensuring the reliability and compliance of financial statements according to applicable accounting standards and tax obligations.
- Managing cash flow, liquidity, and project financing.
- Integrating fiscal, regulatory, and market aspects into forecasts.
- Managing accounting for real estate development projects, including cost tracking, capitalization, and revenue recognition.
- Developing and monitoring financial performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decisions.
- Preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the establishment of optimized legal and tax structures.
- Implementing rigorous controls for payments, collections, cash management, and guarantees.
Administration and Compliance:
- Overseeing administrative functions including accounting, payroll, procurement, contracts, and legal compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Leading accounting, administrative, and IT teams, while promoting professional development and employee engagement.

- Collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
